Self catering and exclusively yours to enjoy with privacy and sole occupancy assured, The Beach Retreat is priced per night for up to five guests. Smaller groups may wish to consider the adjoining property, The Beach Cottage.

Due to a government increase in GST, there will be a 2.5 % increase on prices from the 1st October.

Tariff price per night up to five guests (two night minimum)

$170		Low Season & July school holidays
$220		Mid Season, April & September school holidays, Queens Birthday weekend.
$270		High Season Jan 3rd -March 31st
$320		Peak Season, December 18 - Jan 3rd. Easter, Labour weekend, Art Deco weekend (3 night minimum)
$20		each extra guest over 5
		CHILDREN 18 months and younger - NO Charge
