Self catering and exclusively yours to enjoy. Offering
privacy and sole occupancy. The Beach Cottage is priced
per night for up to four guests, and can sleep a total
of eight. Extended family and larger groups often book
the neighbouring property, called The Beach Retreat.
Both houses share the same driveway making this an excellent
accommodation arrangement for 18 -20 guests.

Fond Farewells – Cleaning
All care is taken in presenting the cottage in an inviting
way, in this regard to avoid any misunderstandings we
like to remind our guests that this is not a serviced
apartment. As a condition of the rental, your cleaning
tasks include washing and drying all linen used, vacuuming
and washing the floors, bathroom cleaned and dishes
done.
Departure time - 11am when you clean the Cottage (later
checkout times are welcomed and can be arranged when
possible).
Alternatively
Cleaning at your expense on your departure can be arranged
with Jill, an earlier vacating time of 10am is
required.
Cost of $15 per person including children 18
months and under, this is a one off cleaning fee.
