Bookings:
A deposit of 1-3 night's accommodation (depending on
length of stay) will confirm the booking.
Payment of the final payment will be required the week prior to
arrival.
Minimum stay 2 nights.
Cleaning:
This is a holiday home and not a motel or serviced apartment.
Therefore it is agreed as part of your rental that the cottage
will be left as found, clean and tidy linen washed etc.
Cleaning on your departure can be organized for you at
your expense $10 per person.
Please let me know at the time of booking if you require this
option.
Cancellation policy:
- A deposit of 1-2 nights' accommodation is required
to confirm your booking.
- Full payment is required on receipt of the
house keys or 10days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to your
arrival will incur a booking fee of half the deposit.
- Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will
incur a loss of deposit.
- Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will
result in full payment being required.
- Check in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is
before 12noon on day of departure. Other times available by
prior arrangement.
- Smoking is permitted outside only.
- We regret family pets and animals are not invited
at The Beach Retreat but welcome at The Cottage.
- The Beach Retreat accepts no responsibility
for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property.
Note:
The Beach Cottage is the direct neighbour to The Beach
Retreat holiday house, sharing the same driveway, making this
excellent accommodation for larger groups requiring sleeping for
18-20 guests.
