'The Beach Cottage' is the perfect place for you to stay, a self catering home with comfortable furnishing in all rooms, situated one house back from the shore line at Westshore beach. You will be just five minutes drive to Napier CBD and many fine cafes and restaurants. The cottage is only a few kilometres to a variety of excellent wineries, tourist activities, and water sports. Privacy and sole occupancy are assured.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, fridge freezer, dishwasher, all plate ware, cook ware, microwave oven.
Lounge: Comfortable furnishings, including leather sofa that opens out into a double size bed. TV, log fire and wood provided. French doors opening onto an outdoor patio, ideal for alfresco dining. Smoking outside only.
Dining Room: 6 seated dining table. Wall unit radio & cd player. High chair.
Three Bedrooms: Bed 1 - queen bed (electric blanket). Bed 2 - 2 single beds. Bed 3 - set of single bunks (small Room) Portable cot available. All linen, pillows, duvets, extra blankets, provided. Draws, mirrors, and clothing storage in each room.
Bathroom: Shower, separate bath, toilet, hair dryer.
Laundry: Washing machine, drier, iron & board etc.
Single Garage: Plus off street parking for 3-4 cars.
Outdoors: Outdoor patio area, with dining table & chairs seating 8. Three burner gas barbeque. Back yard and garden ideal for children to play in. Fully fenced property. Dogs allowed, outside only please.
