A deposit of 1-2 nights' accommodation
is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment is required on receipt
of the house keys or 10days prior to arrival.

Cancellation more than 30 days prior
to your arrival will incur a booking fee of half
the deposit.

Cancellation within 30 days of your
stay will incur a loss of deposit.

Cancellation within 14 days of your
stay will result in full payment being required.

Check in time is after 3pm. Checkout
time is before 12noon on day of departure. Other
times available by prior arrangement.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

We regret family pets and animals
are not invited at The Beach Retreat but welcome
at The Cottage.
